Hi,
I’m trying to figure out how to farm the soulblade cloak and soulblade wrists, and I can’t find any useful info both in-game and on wowhead (neither show the required boss) regarding who to specifically kill. Does anyone know the specific bosses?

You should be able to use the Creation Catalyst to get both the cloak and the wrists for the rogue set. Depending on which version of the set you want (LFR/normal/herioc/mythic), farm a cloak and wrist from the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid of the appropriate difficulty, and take them to the Creation Catalyst (there’s one in Zereth Mortis), to unlock the appearances.
Based on the dungeon journal, it looks like Skolex and Anduin drop leather wrists, and Skolex, Dausegne, and Lords of Dread drop a cloak.
