Haven’t been able to enter the ny’alotha instance on my alts since it came out. The portal doesn’t work and if i get summoned everything is invisible except for the shadows of everyones toons.
Pls help, i wanna play the game.
Do you have your cloak?
I have them on all my toons
I, too, have run into the “shadows only” bug.
While this would be better suited for the tech support forums, what has worked for me is exiting the game while within the raid, then logging back in.
Three toons through the raid, all three had the shadow problem, all three resolved with a restart.

When i restarted my game it didn’t help.
Any fixes?
I have this issue too but completely exiting the game works.

I just had to jump off the platform. Die. Run in and it worked.
