Can we please get a heads up that you are aware and working on a known issue?
Also can you explain why this is now happening in one form or another at every reset since sl?
Edit : is it fixed? or do I have to go jump into the maw, get g;itched to find out because you are too disinterested to post a reply as to whether it is going to be fixed?
can’t enter the maw is a good thing.
How is that good? Blizzard agreed if we pay our subscription fees we can access the game. Yet we get no acknowledgement because the fix is to add more hardware for peak play times and they squander our sub fees and give us incomplete content on top of insufficient hardware.
At what point does it become a fraud?>
edit: ROFL the portal in SW to SL has a huge crowd standing about it and my alt got stuck trying to port to bfa… what a farce of technical ineptitude.

Ok, so im having the same issue. I did the quest and was able to go there. Now when I jump into centre at Orb I get bounced back out into a dizzy spell when i land back at the launch pad? I have sent a report through the game but never heard back!?!?!
I JUST BOUGHT THE GAME AND WAS SO EXCITED PLAYING IT I HAVE NOW RE-INSTALLED THE GAME AND HAVE A LEGENDARY ITEM WHICH I CANNOT USE BCAUSE I CANT GET TOP THE MAW!!!

Im having the same problem. What did you do?
Soooo… Do we still not have an answer on this? I’m having the same issue as Dragonsback and I can’t get started on “The Jailer’s Gauntlet” AT ALL because of it.
The answer to this is that the quest for Jailer’s Gauntlet was given to me BEFORE I unlocked the quests with the broker Ve’nari 
So I guess if anyone is having an issue with this a year later like I was (lol), there’s a possibility that might be why.
So still not solved?
Run the story, if I remember correctly your covenant has to be visited. If you’ve never done it on any character, the story has to be done once. After that, your alts can skip.
I still cannot enter the maw on ANY of my toon either. Jumping in the center just bounces me back like everyone else. Sucks I really want to farm mounts found there
Have any of those toons completed the Shadowlands storyline and at the very least joined a covenant? If not, that’s your culprit. Some more information on your characters (i.e. level, expansion progression) would greatly help figuring out why you’re locked from the Maw.
