Can't enter Ratts' Revenge dungeon, entrance disappear

I am currently doing the ‘Ratts’ Revenge’ quest, which is part of the third “O’Clock - Hate”. I already collect 8 ‘Hate’ coins. After I gather the coins, I used my Hearthstone to teleport back to town and purchase some items. However, when I return to the dungeon entrance, it has disappeared. I’ve tried logging out and back in, as well as exiting and re-entering the game, but nothing has resolved the issue with the missing dungeon entrance.

Did anyone have the same issue before? please help.

You have to have the Torch of Pyrreth equipped. Hope that helps :slight_smile:

To do this, you have to activate the Torch of Pyrreth toy in your toybox.

i completed the 4 o’ clock challenge, i have the torch equipped yet no portal. i even tried logging out and back in, nothin’

EDIT: i figured out what was wrong… my Peculiar Key was in my bank for safe keeping! silly me!
