Can't enter 25 N Ulduar?

Unless I am missing something stupid, which it could be, I am trying to enter this raid with a friend who is Lvl 104. I have my settings set to 25 and it keeps just saying “Normal” when we enter. Shouldn’t it say 25 Normal? Or is this a default when you enter?

They merged both into just one setting.

Why? I have no idea, but I guess it raised some sort of occult time played metric or something. Just another in a long and growing list of tweaks to the game that were both a net negative to the player, and a waste of time spent on it that could have been better used elsewhere.

They consolidated the 10 and 25 man raids into the same raid and now all gear has a chance to drop from the one raid.

They changed it to a Flexiraid.

And yet, there were no Flexiraids back in WotLK.

From the reasarch iv done the mount should still drop, tho iv yet to see it :angry:

Mount still drops as long as you don’t use any of the big dudes to help.

It was to make the Raid compatible with Time-Walking.

Also came with screwing people over on trying for certain xmog.

Jesus christ on a tap-dancing pogo stick, enough with the “time metric” meme nonsense. It was changed to accommodate Ulduar TW, nothing nefarious.

Except trying to do the quest for the legendary hammer says 25 man heroic to do the last part. If you can’t set it to 25 man or heroic gonna screw that up.

You can still complete the hammer quest. I actually finished it myself a couple months ago because I’m lazy.
