I picked up the Defiler’s Plate Greaves and tried to have someone put a +7 stam enchant on them. The enchanter, after 2 attempts, claimed that the boots could not be enchanted.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is this an error on the enchanter’s part or intended behavior?
I know for a fact you could enchant the boots in Vanilla and I know for a fact that Minor Speed Enchant did not stack with the native “Run speed slightly increased” on these boots, even though you could enchant the boots with Minor Speed.
So either, there is a bug or the enchanter failed.
