i cant load the update keeps saying error have tried scanning and repairing several times even uninstalled and reinstalled and same problem have only been playing for a week have paid for the war within and subscription

Things to try, and if nothing else you can Google the error for specific information if available from the main site.
Restart your PC. If you see the patcher stuck on initializing there things you can try.
Instead of reinstalling the game, reinstall the app launcher.
Make sure you have enough space to download and expand the update.
Have any security software allow the office launcher to make changes.
Make sure admin mode is allowed also, and the install folder is not set to read only.
