Can't download TBC beta

First I was trying to update and it was downloading then after a few seconds it would crash and say it cannot transfer data at this point and I should check my connection and try again. (this was the error I was getting https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/28436)

After this failed a couple times I uninstalled and am trying to fresh install but I can’t get past this part. As soon as I choose my install location and hit confirm the little blizzard loading icon just spins forever without making progress. (https://puu.sh/HsWXP/a330731160.jpg)

I’m having a similar issue. I opened the In-Development tab, had me uninstall Classic BC. Did a scan and repair, and now it’s not even an option now. Where do I go to install TBC Classic Beta?

I am still facing this issue, were you ever able to fix this?

I realized that the crash wasn’t losing progress so I would download a couple percent at a time before a new crash. Eventually the whole thing downloaded and worked fine…

rather annoying solution but it worked.
