Go to the settings in your bnet laucher (top left). In the left menu there’s a “Beta” option; click it. At the right side, click the buttom to change it to beta, accept, install e reload laucher. Other thing I did was to select WoW Classic as one of the games I would like to recieve invite for beta testing. You can set this in your account settings, at games>beta access.
Not that I’m aware of. Will check back in the morning, must sleep… Hopefully a blue can shed some light on the situation while I’m dreaming!
Manually update the launcher maybe?
did you try logging all the way out and logging back in?
I haven’t, unless restarting my computer counts? Also, I have done end task for Blizzard launcher updater and tried reopening it with no luck. When I first logged on around 4:30 pm cst, I did have some kind of quick update but just started playing bfa afterwards. I have tried everything after that so I don’t know what’s going on.

im reading classic stress test faq by blizz and they’re saying we should have recieved an email if we were invited to stress test. no email so im guessing not everyone with live account gets in.
Tried it. Still didn’t work. Had to get some sleep, going to try again before I go to work. Really want this to start downloading before I leave! XD
My battle.net settings were showing a 1.10.1.977 or something like that iirc… What can I do to manually update to where yours is at? I click options just above the trailers on the launcher and click check for updates but it keeps saying up to date.
They said everyone with an active account gets into this one. The others were “closed” stress tests so that’s why the email, and even then I saw a lot of people saying they got into those stress tests but never got an email. Just try to log in when it goes live
I think we’re both having the issue of not getting Classic in the drop down menu above the Play button. It isn’t showing up, can’t download.
Restart your bnet client
I’ve restarted, logged out and signed back in. Scan and repaired. Checked for updates. Went through task manager and closed Blizzard launcher. Still nothing. I just read something about stopping the process on Agent, too. Also, something about deleting the tools folder for battle.net and opening to re-update the launcher, which might be the problem since I’m on a 1.10.1.977something build. Someone earlier said they’re on a 1.14.4~ build. I’m at work now anyways so I will just have to try it all when I get off. >.<
force updating launcher fixed for me. go to https://us.battle.net/account/download/
close your launcher. download and install it again
