Can't do large rewarding world quests

My character is Mistmachine from the server Boulderfist.

When I leave Valdrakken, I cant see some world quests anymore. I missed 2 big quests so far and have missed out on 500 reputation points. The hyperlink is a an image link on my google drive of my problem. It is pretty annoying that some world events seem to be blocked by players like me.

I dont know why all of a sudden it is impossible to report bugs with files or images to help developers.

A WQ marked with "crossed swords’ like that is only available when you have War Mode on (possibly if PvP enabled? not sure). That is why it isn’t there when you get there with War Mode off.

Why it is visible in Valdrakken is another question. Presumably the devs want you to be aware the quest exists so you can choose to flag up and go do it if you want to. But it seems to be causing more confusion than helping given how often this is reported.
