My experience was different. When I was leveling in Chromie Time, I could not go to Outland and level past that expansion’s level range while I was in Legion Chromie Time. When I went there, everything was capped at 30.
I didn’t miss that. I just wasn’t able to go to another expansion and have it scale while I was in something different for CT.
Perhaps a bug? I’d have to try again and see the outcome.
