So I am unable to do the Awakening the Machine event. The reason being is because of the Hallowfall quests to get the upgraded tinderbox necklace, Fire and Gemstone and Can Catch More Fires with Honey. These are both gotten from Speaker Kuldas who starts the Machine event. Since having these quests offered by him I can no longer do the event, which is a very big problem considering Fire and Gemstone requires Awakening the Machine.

Yeah, Devs dont care. Bug since beta, and still not fixed. So a handful of us, cannot participate in the weekly event.

Man that’s really ridiculous. This needs to be escalated somehow. This should have been fixed months ago then. This needs to be fixed. So frustrating that these devs do not play nor test their own games.

I am having the same issue. I had early access and am unable to interact with this NPC for the weekly event or he Arathi quest.
Yeah, its mostly the EA people, who are affected. We had more time to gain reputation. So we are the ones affected. Basically being punished by the people, who suckered us into paying more.

I have the same problem, now have 3 quests that I need to do in there but he doesnt give me the dialogue option to enter. Please fix blizz

Post hotfix: I am able to start the event now, thank you blizz 
I’m still unable to start this. I’ve completed all questing in Ringing Deep and am renown 7, just starting into the Hallowfall area. Several tickets in and seems like I just get bot nonsense back in reply.
I can’t even access this event and blizzard had told me it is not bugged when it is infact is i cannot even submit a bug report
I still cant start the event as of today - I’ve completed the WInging Deeps and Hallowfall story lines - and even have atoolbox item for the event in inventory
