Can't Do 8.3 Quest

Wow’s update has completely gone through, past playable, it is at optimal.
I have restarted wow multiple times
I have restarted the blizzard app multiple times
I have restarted my computer twice
I have restarted my router twice and have perfect functioning internet with little to no latency
Every time I talk to Anduin to continue the “An Unwelcome Advisor” Quest the Game Crashes. Send help.

Edit: It now prompted a message “This cinematic is no available” and then logged me out

Is it at optimal or is it complete? They aren’t the same states. You may need to let it finish downloading, if not the latter.

Completely done. The bar reached the end, it said finalizing and then complete. It has nothing else and each time I’ve reset the app it has not attempted to update or say there was an update. There is nothing left to install or update.
