Ha. Im honestly not looking for anotehr “vacation.” . But to get my post removed for stating the facts? No TOS was broken. No person was singled out. I stated that the way Blizzard allows premades to ruin the game for others needs to be corrected. Thats all, and BAM… Removed and I wasn’t allowed to chat or make a new post for a few days. Why?? First Admemdment allows free speech. I just wanted to show you guys that having an opinion is now considered a “violation” when nothing was violated except my ability to express my concerns on this forum.
I can sympathize with what you’re saying, but not about the constitution part. Blizzard is not your government.
Of course they arent. Ha. But, we do have freedom of speech as long as it doesnt break their rules that are set on their forums… Saying that something sucks=, and not directed to an individual, but a game, isn’t hate speech or profanity or inciting violence.
There’s a lot more than that which is covered by the code of conduct, I’ll even link it here for you if you wish to read it.
Blizzard decided your post was against the rules, and removed it without penalty on your account. That should be the end of that. All making this post does is increase the odds that your current removed without penalty will be upgraded to removed with penalty.
Apparently enough players disagreed with your opinion that it’s bad for the game when premades are incentivized to curbstomp solo pugs that you got reported, and CS agreed with them. This would suggest that it is a design goal to encourage premades and queue sync in bgs.
People constantly criticize blizzard on here… you probably just went about it the wrong way, probably language and insinuation.
Lets see which of the TOS rules I broke to get my post Removed and me Silenced a few days…
Did my Origianl Post have any of the following TOS and did it break them?
Racial / Ethnic = Nope
Account Trading = Nope
Extreme Sexuality / Violence = Nope
Real-Life Threats = Nope
Distribution of Real-Life Personal Information = Nope
Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity = Nope
Posting Cheats, Hacks, Trojan Horses or Malicious Programs = Nope
Impersonating a Blizzard Employee = Nope
Posting Unreleased Content / Hacking Data Files = Nope
Obscene / Vulgar = Nope
Inappropriate Language = Nope
Harassing or Defamatory = Nope
Major Religions or Religious Figures = Nope
National = Nope
Illegal Drugs or Activities = Nope
Spamming or Trolling = Nope
Creating Duplicate Threads = Nope
Cross Linking Threads = Nope
Advertising = Nope
Circumventing a Suspension / Ban = Nope
Discussing Disciplinary Actions = Ah. So, I got my original post removed for NOT voilating any of the above rules in their TOS, but now that I posted about that, they can say I’m discussing disciplinary actions.
So I guess you decided to renew your sub after all. That’ll show em!
Well, I had it set for automatic renewal. and well, there ya go. Thats anbother thing. If people purchase it month by month, why do they make it to automatically renew unless canceled? If people purchase one month at a go, then that should be the end of it until the Cusomter decides to renew or buy the larger subscriptions.
[Cant Criticize Blizzard or Else ya Get Shadow Banned and Post Removed]
People criticize Blizzard constantly and don’t get shadow banned or have their post removed.
Because they know a lot of people will forget to set their sub to cancel before it ends, and most won’t bother going through the efforts of getting a refund.
The majority of companies operate this way.
100% True.
Any who. I’m not trying to get you guys to riot against Blizzard or anything silly. I just wanted to bring this to the peoples (the players that make up Blizzard, cause without us, they wouldnt be anything) attention.
I have taken up more than enough of you guy’s and gal’s time. You all stay safe out there and try to have fun. Peace.
I cant speak for the specific issue. Doesn’t seem like there is anything wrong with it.
But criticizing Blizzard is one of the most welcomed activities on the forums.
op you care way, way too much about this
Oh honey… please learn how the First Amendment actually works.
pats gently
Depends on the subject… If you have a hatred of a specific subset of players, and are unable to speak without insulting them… Yeah, that won’t go over well.
Otherwise, it’s a bit murky. Don’t insult people, don’t try to rile people up, don’t aim at specific politically charged factions. Keep it civil, and you might be alright. Start insulting people… Yeah, that’ll not go well.
Oh lord, not this again. We shouldn’t have to have this discussion with people.
Yup. I don’t think I’ve ever had any of my posts criticizing Blizz taken down.
