Pulling this over to clear up a bit of confusion.
Inappropriate Language = Yes
The body of your post was fine, a little aggressive, but otherwise perfectly acceptable feedback. However, you used masked profanity in the title of your thread, which isn’t shown in the copy/paste you posted. Using typographical symbols to replace the letters of the F-word, but it clearly being the intended word.
I would also recommend that when posting your title sticks with the subject and not specifically using “Blizzard” in the title. This is noted in the Welcome thread.
Criticize all you like, that is what feedback is. We do generally ask that folks are productive in their commentary, providing actionable feedback and not just “X sucks, fix it”. 
Let’s be perfectly clear. The only automation we have on the forums is a system that helps deal with possible spam, such as that from scammers and illicit advertisers that pop up from time to time. Even with that, a post is not automatically deleted. It is quarantined, and held for a moderator to review it.
Some users with zero posting history may encounter that from time to time, but once a moderator reviews it, assuming the post doesn’t otherwise violate our Code of Conduct, it is restored.
Otherwise, a post may be temporarily hidden if it receives enough reports from other posters. Once it is reviewed by a moderator though, if there wasn’t anything wrong with the post it will be restored.
