as of newest patch, seems unable to move global channels to a new chat tab without it defaulting to TTS and no option to change the size or close the window/tab.
Unless taking extra steps of the hassle of going through settings, going to TTS, and enabling it, then turning it off again to get teh chat tab to close.
The other problem with this is in doing so it also disables the channel you moved over from entirely showing up in the chat settings of the chat frames UI, so you literally have to take more steps of right clicking your chat pane, going to settings, manually enabling again whatever channel got disabled when you disabled tts again.
pls fix this.

Also having the same issue. I was like why is my 3rd tab missing and then went to recreate it and it just wont work.

I just noticed the same problem yesterday. I don’t have anything marked in the Accessibility → Text to Speech settings, and reset them to defaults just to make sure (they stayed unchecked).
I can only delete the new window by going into Chat settings and clicking Chat Defaults, which removes all customizations I’ve made to my chat. Very frustrating issue because I have been able to customize what appears in chat windows in the past without this issue.

Having the same issue, whenever i go to create a new chat channel, it becomes a TTS one and I have that disabled so it should not being doing that

Also having this issue. Nothing marked in the Accessibility tab but new chat windows are TTS
