Option shows, countdown to confirm shows, click yes, nothing takes place.

I think it’s because character services are disabled. I also suspect this is the reason character services are disabled.
Still a bug Its been a day now. But I think they probably have their hands full with trying to fix the druid mage tower skin debacle. Like can we fix this ASAP please blizzard? Surely by tuesday right?
Convert timerunner to retail? Is this something you can do?
Supposed to be, and it’s offered on the log-in screen as long as the character is 24 hours old. But currently does not work.
Also having this issue. It worked before they turned off character services but is not working now despite reports that character services are enabled.
So yeah, seems to be a problem. I wonder if this was turned off intentionally for some reason.

Also having this issue. Was hoping to convert to be able to unlock the allied race id actually like to play as i just came back to the game.

I have the same problem! Im so tired of this! Whats the point for leveling alters with this kind of bug, i mean, reset its more close now, and i cant play raid or m+ for the vault!! Its absurd!
