Can't Convert Timerunner Legion Remix Character to Retail

After the patch today, I’m unable to convert any characters to retail from Legion Remix.

Yes, It’s been 24 hours since they were created. Yes, I’m on the correct realm I wish to transfer it to. Yes, my addons are all turned off.

When i click on the convert, it automatically disconnects me. Re-loading the game doesn’t fix it and the character stays as a timerunner character.

This is the error I receive: You have been disconnected from the server (WOW 51900319)

Yep, same problem here. I’ve already submitted a ticket, tried the recommended solutions, nothing works. It’s not a character-specific thing, if you try to convert any timerunner character you get disconnected instantly. The problem started occurring after the update.

Remix conversion issues happen over and over again with each patch.

Same here! I tried converting two different timerunner characters on two different realms (Moon Guard and Wyrmrest Accord) and made sure I was logged into their respective realms since I know it can be buggy if you aren’t. No luck.

Also can’t move a character to Retail. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Yep. Happening to me as well. Guess it’s a good thing though since I just realized there are decor items to be purchased on Remix.

Yup same! Yes i’m on the right realm, yes my toon is over 24 hrs old. Just tried restarting my computer as well. I think we just have to wait for Blizzard to hotfix it.

Really would be nice if we could get an acknowledgement about the issue and a rough ETA for a fix. This is postponing my purchase of midnight

This is also affecting me in the same way. GM for ticket advised submitting a bug report so dev team could address - I hope this issue doesn’t persist for a week because I remember when this issue last occurred it took some time.
