Can't continue main Talador storyline

I’ve looked everywhere for an answer to this and have also submitted a ticket. But, hopefully someone here might could also help?

So, I’m on the fourth chapter of the main storyline in Talador – “In the Shadow of Auchindoun”. Based on Wowhead’s checklist, I should be on “Light’s Rest”. Except, Exarch Maladaar has no quest available, no chat option, nothing.

I’ve turned off add-ons, reloaded ui, restarted my game, etc. etc. countless times. This has been an issue all week. There’s no “main quest” marker showing up on the map and I DO have low-level quest tracking on.

Does anyone know what else could be causing this or how to fix this or what I’m possibly missing? I thought it might be because I didn’t have the Arcane building outpost, but guess what? I can’t change the outpost building either as there’s no option to do so from the NPC.

So, either Talador is massively bugged for me, or I’m completely missing something. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
(Also, this is my first forum post like ever, so I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place.)

So I looked through the questline you have completed in the chapter and it looks like you have not completed “Nightmare in the Tomb” which is given by Yuuri. I believe that this and the “We must construct additional Pylons” quest are needed to be completed before receiving the “Light’s Rest”.

Okay, I found Yuuri, and there is also no quest available from him, but you are correct, I need to complete “Nightmare in the Tomb”. I just have no quest marker for it, and Yuuri has no options when clicking on him. I have completed the Pylons quest already.
