Can't connect with WoW Companion App

I am unable to connect with the WoW Companion App on my phone. After watching the little gears spin for about 30 seconds, I get the message:
Timeout connecting to WoW servers

I am not using WiFi. I’m using my cell data. Verizon is my provider.

Please fix.

Well, that thread is mostly from players unable to get into the game. I thought a thread for the Companion App might be better in case they are different issues.

Still getting the Timeout message, by the way.

As Leviathan noted, the App connection issue is probably the same issue as the Game connection issue, but just in case… the App still connot connect either.
