Mexico City, ISP Totalplay working fine right now.
I confirm that now I am able to log in to WoW (and any realm), also I can access to any battle network, even the launcher.
Talking only in my case. No VPN installed in any moment.

Hey everybody,
We made some modifications and this should now be resolved. Anybody on the Totalplay ISP in Mexico still having errors logging in? If so, what error code do you get?

Totalplay should not be blocked after the changes made. Though, we’d like to make sure the issue is fully cleared. Are you receiving any errors, Michel? Would you be able to include a WinMTR test? Is anyone else experiencing issues?
It started happening to me today for Megacable un Guadalajara México, cannot connect to any battle.net service
Same here, Im trying to connect from Mexico City, my ISP provider is izzi… Im using a VPN now, otherwise I cant connect to bnet.
