15 years playing, never once has Blizzard paid anything back to me, but I cannot speak for everyone. Hence why people are hard on Blizzard when problems like this arise. “We” don’t understand how Blizzard can stil lahve these issues with respect to the amount of money they make.
Same amount of time playing, I do have received apologies and payback, a few times, not the subject to discuss in here, please allow other Latin players to post so we can wait for an official response

This is unacceptable. Everyone in my guild who is in the US can play normally. But hey, mexicans can wait an extra day or two right?
Dear Blizzard, can we get an update about our problem please?, or should i reply in other threads where you are updating other issues?
Is this affecting Total play users only or other ISP within Mexico as well (I.e. Telmex, AXTEL, etc)?
Same here, from Mexico City. Totalplay ISP too. But I can’t even go to any of the Battle net sites for the WinMTR. It gets stuck on loading…

For my part I update you that my ISP is “Total Play” and at this moment I can just enter Support

Interesting. I can now access eu.battle.net but not us.battle.net which is what we use. I guess this is progress?
If I open the battle.net launcher and change region to Europe, I can log in with no problems, however, Americas is still not working.

me too , i use vpn in mainland china, today ,it’s not work,but i can log in Tai wan’s server
