Battle.net not connecting to americas server, internet connection is fine. And if i change to EU i can connect, but can’t login in wow client.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to connect to the Americas servers. Most of the time we here that you can connect to one and not the other, it’s a routing issue. We could try some network steps.
I would want to reset the home network. This could be a simple stability issue on the local network and resetting it will help.
DNS flush
Power cycle
As for routing, one of the steps we can try is changing the DNS service. You have two options that we offer that are free.
Cloud Flare
Google DNS

I tried your steps but it didn`t work.
It seems that only the authentication endpoints are unavailable.
The problem only happens with Claro provider. If I use my Vivo provider in my cellphone I am able to authenticate.

I tried reaching out to Claro but they were unable to help.
The reset was the answer for me! TY lots 
Nath, one more thing
I logged into the Battle.net Desktop using Vivo, then I switched to Claro and opened the game.
It worked.
Can you reach out to Claro to see what is going on?
