Can't connect again

It started to get better but it’s becoming problematic again. Half of the time I cannot connect at all. I have tried all troubleshooting, but I also can’t open a ticket either. I have followed the steps to download the system files but I can’t upload them. If I need to convert them, I have no idea how. This should be included in the steps …

It gets really old constantly trying to log in. But it’s the only thing that can sometimes work. Not sure what else to do.

Maybe just quit the game.

I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t get expansions or annual sub.

I have a Mac, no sophos or other apps aside from battle.net.

Change the file extension to .txt instead of .nfo.

We would need some network test data here to figure out where the disconnect is happening. It can also be influenced by the type of internet you’re using and whether they throttle gaming traffic.

I’ve tried, it doesn’t work. and the extension isn’t .nfo

it is .spx

I have converted to .TXT, .txt, .pdf → this one was direct conversion. The other TXT’s for example I could only change by changing the extension.

if it helps at all, hearthstone runs fine? It’s the only other game I have on this computer, and I’ve never had issues with my internet connection for anything else.

I think I’d think maybe it was a problem on my end if it didn’t work half of the time. It’ll work after trying 10+ times to log in, sometimes 5, sometimes 30+. I delete the crash files and there are so many.

Once I am in the game, it does okay and I can log out, but if I try to load the game after exiting out, it doesn’t work half the time. This is especially annoying if for any reason my game crashes.

Also – my character is frozen in space somewhere in Bastion too. So that’s great. I just finally got into the game to check, and she still freezes me completely out. I can log into other games. But she was falling in the sky before the game completely crashed on me, and now, every time I get in, she’s still in the sky and it crashes immediately. WOW51900319 (yes it said to wait 15 minutes and it should work but it’s been hours now)

Considering she is my main character and I’m not interested in alts, this deeply affects my ability to play at all.

Okay, I recommend asking a friend for help submitting a ticket if you’re having issues with the files. As for the WinMTR, I won’t be able to help beyond this without additional data.

Unfortunately, you would need use the self-service stuck tool or open a ticket for this too.
