I am level 71, I have more than 340 Item level, and I clicked on the scroll to start the War Within Campaign. I get teleported to Silithus and go to the area the Thrall is supposed to be at, but no thrall. Not to mention, my friends say I should be seeing a different environment with the big sword in the zone, but I dont get that at all.
Any help is appreciated.

I had the same issue. While in Silithus, if you open your map and look North East towards Valor’s Rest, you should see a white speech bubble, that is the person you need to talk to. The prompt should say “Return to the present time”. Once you do that, it will show the world correctly and you will fly ahead towards/around the gigantic sword in the ground. They are on the ground on the other side of the sword.
