The “Wrapped Up” quest is bugged and stuck at 0/1 Cloak power assigned despite successfully assigning talent points to the Reshii Wraps tree. I have completed my weekly strand collection (6/6 strands) and allocated points to the tree, but the quest progress refuses to update. This is preventing me from obtaining the cloak on my alternate characters with the campaign skip.
Additionally, there’s a related issue where the game incorrectly pushes the “Wrapped Up” quest to my alts and even offers Phase Diving Daily quests, despite these characters not having access to the cloak or phase diving abilities.

Yeah i am also having the same issue. When i spoke with the upgrade guy, i had somehow already unlocked the talent, and now I am completely stuck.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve applied the “upgrade” to the cloak but the quest still shows to assign the power to it. I’ve tried farming more threads, reloading, logging out and back in but none of that has worked

Also bricked. The objective “cloak power assigned” will not complete. This means no alt skip, which means I am done playing for the week.
There is absolutely no way I would repeat this absolutely obnoxious amount of questing on alts, even if you payed me.

And to add insult to injury, if I talk to the quest completion NPC there is an icon in the top right claiming my warband has already completed this quest, which I can 100% guarantee is not true.

For some reason, after I had this bug. I saw I still had the quest on my alt (purple), so I flew to it, the second i landed next to the quest, it auto completed, so i turned it in, and unlocked campaign skip

Do you guys have the talent tree tweaks addon? Could be the thing bugging us out since it auto applies reshii powers.

I can’t “wait awhile and listen” to Alleria at the dock.
I was having a similar issue, but after relogging I was able to turn the quest in (this seems to fix most of the quest issues I have been having this patch)
