so i pick up the quest for the storm go and enter but the npc that gives the items and supposly the quests isn’t spawning. i have done all of chromie time quest line so don’t know what happening/

According to Wowhead, the event only lasts for a set period of time. I can’t remember how long.
I know that when I went there, I accepted the quest and went to talk to the NPC that sells the items and he just disappeared on me and the event seemingly ended. None of the portals were up and the boss was not there.

This quest is very annoying, I am having the same issue too. The quest description does not provide any indication on how to complete it.

If you did this in a raid group thats probably why it’s not completing, it happened to me too. Blizzard needs to fix it so you can do it via raid. If they expect us to 5 man or solo this, then someone there is on crack.

these stupid quests… why does bliztards make dumb quests like this… oh coz they are rtards
