During the Horrific Visions event I am unable to complete the Echoing Lessons quest. I’ve unlocked Orb Operation Manual and even socketed into it. The quest will not update. The only thing I can think of was that I initially received the quest on one character and then unlocked Orb Operation Manual on another. Even going back to the original character does not allow for completion of the quest.

I had this issue as well. I took all the nodes out and then abandoned the quest. After getting the quest again and putting in just the Manual node I was able to turn it in. Hope that helps.
