I can’t complete the quest “Big Bright Beautiful Barrier”. I have done this quest on my main no problem. I’m redoing this on an alt, I have gathered all the barrier fragments required. When I go in the green circle where you are supposed to stand to reinforce the barrier. But I have no extra action button appear. Instead I have the “Vial of Moonwell Water” from the quest line where you aid Shandris Feathermoon. Even though I finished that quest line already.
I have tried reloading several times, relogged in the game and even removed addons, none of this fixed the issue. I have also abandoned the quest and re-acquired the fragments again several times but nothing changes.
The Character with the issue is Atos-Cenarion Circle.
Time to go one step further, then. If that doesn’t work, you’ll want to edit this post and move it to the Bug Report forum so it can be investigated by QA.

Whatever the problem is is causing me not to be able to do anything that requires the extra action button.
Nono, I mean go one step further than the steps you listed already taking. Click the link in my post and follow those steps to see if it helps. If nothing else, it’ll rule out a good number of possibilities.
And then if it doesn’t work, then you’ll need to post in the Bug Report forum.
