It’s been long since I am not able to comment on general forums or any other as system is thinking as if I don’t have any Gametime or sub.
The forums get out of sync with Blizzard’s back-end systems which track subscription status. Sometimes all it takes is the passage of time after you resume using the forum. Otherwise, you can log out of the forums (and, more generally, the Battle.net web service) and back in. (Sometimes, this has to be done a few times.)
