Since the newest patch, I am unable to click anything in game

Disable the opie addon.

Opie just pushed an update FYI

Edit: and to clarify, updating it does resolve this

I am having the exact same issue on all of my characters. And I was in right in he middle of collecting Eggs for Noblegarden :sob:.
