Logged into my DH last night to get my daily demon kill downstairs, just to find that I couldn't interact with the FelTome. I thought maybe it was on a 24hr timer, not a daily timer, so I came back much later (later than I would have ever done it the day before) and still couldn't click it.
I waited for a different DH to summon a demon, but I got no loot from the kill.
Did something bug out, or am I doing something wrong? Tried reloading UI and logging, still same result.

This just happened to me, no loot and can't click.
This happened to me today. It also happened once before, maybe a couple weeks ago, and I had submitted a bug via the in-game interface. Whatever the cause of intermittent access, it seems left unresolved.
Still seems to be an issue. I wasnt able to click on the fel tome either and this wasnt the first time. Seems to be an intermittent bug since most days it is working as intended.
This has happened to me *twice* this week. Not able to summon, not able to loot even though it's the first kill of the day. This is getting to be really frustrating.

Same on my DH- happened twice in the last week.
3rd time Fel Tome unclickable again, I'm sure boss unlootable like last 2 times this happened (confirmed unlootable boss). Why the fudge am I getting shorted a day's worth of going for my hidden appearance so sporadically like this pls fix.
i have gotten this problem a few times now and its still not fix.... I got on my DH today after a week of not playing him and i cant click the book. this needs to get fixed...
This bug is still happening. Couldn't click Fel Tome, someone else clicked it and then I wasn't able to loot the boss.
I did try leaving the room, logging out, and /reload. None worked!

Have you all tried a UI reset? I just killed the boss no problem, got the same not-hidden-appearance loot I've been getting all week.

This will only rule out that a corrupt display file isn't the problem, if it changes nothing. If so, I can't stress the note enough. Most people don't quit their addon managers and the addons are thrown right back in before restarting the game and the result is still the same.

Couldn't click, however I noticed it that it was linked to switching specs. I entered the area in Havoc. Saw a clickable fel tome. Switched to Vengeance to tank the boss, and the fel tome was unclickable. Switching back to havoc, reloading, and having no addons did not fix.
Why is there still no response to this post? My demon hunter is still having this issue 7 months later. No wonder I don't have the vengeance hidden appearance. I tried everything listed here, so how about an actual solution from blizzard?
same issue for me, wamp wamp. Couldn't click (definitely hadn't cleared it on today's reset) Someone else came in and clicked it, but of course no loot for me.

Still an issue as of 7/1/2017...you would think that in 9 months time, surely, this bug would have been fixed at some point, or at the least addressed in the 7.1.5 or 7.2 patches.
