I have my Twitch and b.net linked but when I go to my drops/inventory page the button just says “claim” and directs me back to the page where I am supposed to link everything. Any ideas?
Wowhead has an article on claiming the drop.

Did you guys read my post or just want to link me to Wowhead? I know how it works and it’s fine with other drops like New World. Simply, WoW is the issue with claiming between linked accounts. It seems like a technical dilemma I guess. I’ll go look elsewhere for info, thanks. Not sure why either of you replied tbh both were unfortunately irrelevant and non-informative 
Customer Support is a forum for players to assist other players, so most threads are replied to by your fellow players. In the coming days, there will likely be many people in a similar spot. I’m sorry it didn’t help you, but perhaps it will help someone else.
If I see any similar cases or solutions/workarounds to anything like yours, I’ll be sure to update it here.

Have you double checked to make sure you’re linked? I thought mine was too because I’ve received drops and promotions before for both WoW and Hearthstone. But, when I went to claim the kite, I realized that they were no longer linked. From what I can find, changing your WoW sub. and some other services can cause it to unlink.

Not sure if there was resolution for this or not. I had the same issue - on bliz account it looked linked but on twitch account - no green connection. If it doesn’t have that green connected mark on twitch, relinking should solve the problem.
As long as Twitch says you claimed it and your Battlenet is connect it should come through eventually. If you changed your Twitch password recently disconnect and reconnect your Battlenet account. Other than that you’ll need to wait unfortunately.

Says both of my items, Fel Drake and dragon pet have been claimed but nothing for me yet. Got an open ticket so i’ll check back in 45 days and have them refer me to this thread for help.
Having the same issue here. Have both drops claimed. Have not received either, have connected + reconnected them. Absolutely nothing.
Still no Fel Drake…
I opened a ticket and it says sorry can’t do anything
