Not showing US as an option when picking region to claim the pet. Mount was already available on log in.

Since the mount was already available, is the pet also available if you log into cata classic?
There’s a link under the gifts tab on the launcher, has EU KR and TW listed as areas, no US.

That doesn’t answer my question at all. If you log into cata classic, is the pet already in your collection like the mount is for retail?
I have same issue, but with EU. I am subscribed on EU and got mount via gift in game, however when I am trying to claim pet in battle net I can´t select EU as region. I don´t have the pet in the game on retail. Is is it only gift for Cataclysm: Classic version (cannot check if I have pet there, since I don´t have it installed)? Do I have to buy the pet for retail from store?
Having the same issue. Trying to claim the mount and pet on NA realms, only seeing EU, KR and TW as options.
i just logged into Cata classic and got the pet
The pet is only for cata classic. The retail version is a standalone purchase from the shop
The mount should already be availble in your retail collection, and your pet in your cata collection.

Why is it showing in the pet list in retail? I’m not saying it should be on retail, but something is screwed up.
Not sure how I missed that, didn’t see it posted as purchasable by Blizz in anything I read.

The air snakelet which is given from the promotion is for cata classic only. The sky snakelet for retail is shop purchase only. They have different names, but they’re basically the same pet just in different game versions.
