Might be a silly topic but I just have no idea. I received an invite from a Guild named “Warriors from Above” and I acceped it but everytime I type something in guild chat, it says “I don’t have permission to do that” Did they just mute me or is it some sort of weird bug? lol
There used to be a bug with that… last I saw anyone talk about it though was back in BFA.

This was a recurring bug about a year ago? Quitting and rejoining worked. Whisper a guild member tell them to reinvite you.

Guilds that mass invite everyone under the sun tend to set the default permissions for new invitees to not be allowed to talk in chat. It stops people from accepting their random invites just to troll the place up (like me)
