I can’t find away to change my guild name. As Googled suggested so I go to ingame shop from character screen, however, there’s no option to select. I even logged into the game, pressed escape, pressed shop and still no option to change guild name. Blizzard info i read it says must use Guild Master Service to do this but also said this is not available to wotlk. I don’t know what that means, like i can’t change the name? I opened a ticket but sitting here still waiting to hear from someone. Anybody know how this work?

Guild name changes are only offered for Retail World of Warcraft guilds.
Classic guild name changes are not offered. Your only solution is to create a new guild.
