Can't change Dungeon Difficulty

I can’t change the Toon on the forum either. I have a toon that reached max level, I am solo running Dungeons for fun. I am stuck with Normal difficulty. I have hit reset, and selected Heroic, I enter the Dungeon and it is still Normal. I have been able to change it before. So do not understand why I can’t now. Advice?

make sure the dungeon has a heroic mode, and that you aren’t at instance cap.

Also double check that you aren’t trying to set raid difficulty to heroic

Thank you. Probably is instance cap.
