Can't buy wow token with gold, already have a paid token on one of my characters

That’s correct, you can’t buy one token while holding another. Since you’re posting in a classic character, I’m thinking you want to buy a game time token on classic? If this is the case you’re going to need to subscribe for one month, or buy 60 days. Classic accounts can not login without game time.

yeah i want to buy some game time with the gold on my retail, for classic. I guess i’m out of luck with that extra token on my account.

If you want to use it for classic, why not just use it? Doesn’t a sub cover both retail and classic?

If your have enough gold in the mail or across the characters on a server, in retail you can login and it should allow you to reactivate.

You just can’t login to classic without game time.

Im not sure if it will not allow you to, but you could also put in a ticket, just no guarantee billing staff can help.

Ultimately this is more in the lines of customer support than technical.
