Can't buy from Mickey Junkfeast

After getting the 12th Renown track reward and turning in the quest to Mickey, I cannot buy from him to get the item. Tried relogging, zoning out, etc. and still have the issue

AFAICT, it’s not an item you buy; it’s a permanent buff you get while in the raid. (I’m not sure why the reward info says you have to “purchase” it.)

Thank you! Yeah, and why does the buy icon appear when you hover over him then. Weird. Getting the buff.
