I’m trying to buy the chest armor of the Night Fae, but I can’t do it because it’s locked with the message “Complete chapter 2 of your covenant campaign”. I already finished chapter 2 and I’m in renown 3, but still can’t buy the item.
This happens with the character that I leveled with the “Threads of Fate” path.
Having the same issue. Chapter 2 is completed but cannot buy the back/legs from Kyrian vendor. This involves the tier gear set from NPC Forgelite Neptira.

The Chest piece is Chapter 6 completion.
The Legs are Chapter 3 and the back is Chapter 5.
The Chapter 2 set armor are the bracers.
I think each covenant unlocks armor pieces in different order.
Regardless of what specific piece of armor is, it’s locked with the message “complete chapter 2”.
Same issue, Night fae DK, can’t buy the chest which says complete chapter 2, already done.

I came here to make sure this was reported. My rogue was initially Necrolords, and successfully received his set piece after completing Chapter 2. A few days later I opted to swap covenants to Night Fae. In that process I chose the dialogue option to skip the introduction and go straight to learning my first soul conduit. Never received the chapter 2 armor piece or quest to continue my campaign.

I also cannot buy my Chapter 2 covenant armor.
It does not appear that Chapter 2 is the same as Renown 2. Chapter 2 unlocks after reset is my understanding.
