Can't bind shift + F keys modifiers anymore?

Hi there, not sure if this is the correct section so I apologize if not, first time posting on the forums.

Anyways, I use a razer Naga 12 button mouse, and have all the mouse buttons set to F keys (f1-f12). I do this so that I can still use the normal number keys on my keyboard for other binds. For the past couple expansions I was able to use modifier keys on the F keys
such as Shift -F1 or Ctrl F-1 and so on. It seems that now in Dragonflight I am unable to do so. I can still use modifier keys for any other bind (either a letter key or the normal numbers) but not F keys.

Am I doing something wrong or has the functionality changed?

Check your bindings. On mine, those shift+Fx key combos are the defaults for some, like target pet, target party pet 1, etc. under targetting

That was the issue! Thanks so much for the reply. It was really throwing me through a loop trying to figure that out haha.
