Cant Apply the Tiered Medallion to Neck

I tried to apply the Tiered Medallion Setting to a 493 Suffused Choker and its not working on any rank.

I reported this in game as well, but the Tiered Medallions are not working on the Ouroboreal Necklet either.

+1, just bought Ouroboreal Necklet with my bullion and I am unable to use Tiered Medallion Setting on it. Tried all three qualities just to be sure, says the item can’t be modified.

I got a season 4 socket from my vault and a ring from the Bullion vendor and it won’t let me socket it either. Likely a similar problem
