Can't apply sockets into Crimson Gladiator's Amulet

On my ALT character (ManteigaV), I can’t apply any sockages into the neckless (Crimson Gladiator’s Amulet).

I’m trying to use the Tiered Medallion Setting T1, T2 and T3, and none of this works.

The game says that this item can’t be modified.

BUMP! Also having this problem. Ingame it says that they’ve “fixed” the problem, but it’s definitely not fixed. Having this problem on my 70 druid Spohlol. Please fix, thank you!

Same issue here, kinda a big deal to be missing out on 3 gems in the neck slot…The whole reason I bought the necklace as my first conquest piece. Hell refund me the conq for the necklace so I can at least buy another piece until it’s fixed.

Had this issue a couple of years ago. My resolution was>
“If you do have character specific keybinds checked off, try unchecking that and see if it helps with this.”
