I’m trying to add a cosmetic appearance from Talisa Whisperbloom in the Emerald Dream but I keep getting the “You can’t do this right now” message whenever I attempt. I’ve tried relogging, restarting the client and even refunding the cosmetic and trying again.
Anyone else having this issue?
I’m having the same problem, both on my main and my alts… I have the proficiency for it, and it says it’s not collected, so… I’m not sure what else I can do. Is there some kind of level gating?? Or renown at least? If so, how do we see if we are able to or WHEN we’ll be able to??
I was having the same issue and so frustrated. I finally figured it out. The character that “uses” the item has to match the armor value. For example my DK couldnt do the mail armor eyeroll but i mailed to my hunter and not a problem!
