Can't add corruption

After this very recent hotfix, I am still not able to add corruption to my warrior. But I am able to with all my other characters.

Are you trying to add corruption to items that don’t corrupt?

I’d also strongly recommend a UI reset since only one character is affected.

Agreed. What are you attempting to add corruption to? Are you getting any kind of error? Some items cannot be corrupted.

I am just trying to add corruption to the gear I had cleansed prior to the system. Mainly the items I have equipped since it is my Best in slot.

That would be the issue then

Due to a technical limitation, items that were cleansed before this update cannot be re-corrupted.

Hotfixes: October 16, 2020 - WoW

There has been a very recent hotfix that allows cleansed item to be corrupted again. Hence, my alts are able to but not my main.

Using Preserved Contaminants on Older Cleansed Items

We’re rolling out a hotfix over the next few hours that will make it so that you can apply Preserved Contaminants to corruptible items that were cleansed before maintenance this week. We’ll see you in the Chamber of Heart!
