Can't achieve higher than 99 FPS no matter

what settings I use. The recommended settings for my Sapphire RX 480 is 7. FPS goes to 99 and stops. I can lower the settings to like 5 and it goes to just 99. Flying it goes to just 99. Of course in highly populated areas it drops to around 70-85.

My system is pretty good and I cant seem to figure out why this is like this.
System:
i5 8400 (6 cores)
AMD Sapphire RX 480 4GB OC
16GB ram
1 TB
Dell Gaming monitor 144hz

On my old card Nvidia GTX 1050 would hit 110-120 while flying. So am I missing something here?

I take it you double checked “limit framerate” on the advanced tab is unchecked? I believe the default foreground limit is 100fps.

That did the trick. Running around 160-180 now. Thanks for the help.
