Can't Acess 10.1 PTR

I get and error when trying to lauch the game

EE3EE68E-1EF1-4328-90EF-9CE1C9BA7AEA

above is the error string i receive when trying to open.
i have tried to reinstall repair delete folders everything and just cannot launch the 10.1 PTR build

Same. I also cannot figure out what the issue is.

this forum is for the live game.
go post over in the ptr forum. (which is still listed as 10.0.7)

This one worked for me:

Go in battle.net client
Click on the gear button in PTR 10.1
Check Additional Command line argument
enter this line:
-d3d11

This PTR doesn’t like DirectX12 for some reason
