When I click on it I can see my items, but there’s no info when i hover over the items and I can’t access or do anything in it.
It’s just like greyed out and frozen?

Having the same issue, it’s just completely bricked
same issue here, logged on another character later though and it was working on that character and I could withdraw items out. Tried again on a 3rd character later and that one wouldn’t work, so who knows.
I’m having this issue on a couple toons, one right after I purchased void storage…lol
On a newly leveled toon, I cannot access void storage. There is no option to pay the nominal fee to open up the storage. I just see a dimmed out version of the empty void storage. Like staring into the Void.
Figured it out - disable your add-ons. Something about them is preventing the tutorials from loading.

do you happen to know which addons were blocking it? really not wanting to have to turn every single one of mine off, i have to do enough of that sort of troubleshooting at work lol
Not sure, honestly - if I encounter it again I could be more thorough.
easier to uncheck load out of date addons, to disable them instead of going through 1 by 1, but usually any bag addon will cause it.
So I just purchased my void storage on my Evoker and it became grayed out and unusable. I went through my mods 1 by 1, going with the more obvious first. The first few didn’t do anything but as soon as I disabled “Details!” the void storage tutorial started working. So if anyone has Details! disable that one.
It was weird because I had just used it on someone else, but she already had purchased it so it def is an issue with how it interacts with the tutorial.

did this and was able to click through the tips, then turned it back on and now it works. weird that that caused a bug! you’re the real OG @warlockjen

This issue is still happening. Bought the void storage on a newly leveled character, then the entire UI was unclickable, but you could right click items in your bags to prepare to deposit them.
Disabling Details! addon does the trick and allowed the tutorial to pop up. After you click through it, your void storage is usable and you can re-enable Details! again. Thanks @Warlockjen!
