Can't access Vault of Memories

I am unable to access the vault of memories on one of my alts. Every other toon has been able to complete the normal weekly quest but one. The teleporter just doesn’t exist. I have done all the campaign quests that should lead up to this. This is the 2nd week I have been unable to complete. I thought last week that it was just something weird with timing but nope…still broken this week. Please fix I would like to be able to complete this like I can on every other toon.

EDIT: solved - I was dumb and realized there was one part of the campaign that I needed to do after the skip where Moira tell you to talk to them in the vault. I swore I had done all of this but I guess I missed this one very important step. Don’t be dumb like me. Check Moira’s campaign quest if you don’t see the vault available to click!

I had this issue as well- and noticed it said to be renown 4 with the differing factions. Check and make sure that character is renown 4 with the differing factions for TWW. For me, all but 1 are renown 4 so I’m going to get it renown 4 and follow up

After getting renown 4, I had to follow an easy quest chain with Moira in Dornogal. After completeing a handful of those quests it opened up.

I was renown 4+ but I was big dumb and realized I hadn’t done one part of the campaign quest with Moira on that particular toon. I should probably close this out but I forgot!
