Can't access shadowlands on lvl 70

I tried submitting a ticket which was less than helpful and told me to go here so: Im unable to access the shadowlands expansion on this character. I see all the death knights infront of stormwind keep, but no Darian to give me the intro quest. I see whitemane but after the cinematic plays, nothing happens. I checked the chilling summons quest completed status and it was false. I can get to Oribos fromt the mage tower, but theres no main quest NPCs and no flight master.

Im just trying to get to Ardenweald to tame some pets.

Have you tried using party sync to see if that gets “A Chilling Summons” to show up on Mograine? Sometimes that will work. If you can’t find a friend to help, you should be able to use a trial account — just use an allied race character so you don’t have to level them to 10 to be eligible for the quest themselves.
